Product Intro:

In today’s world, anti-corrosive pigments, specifically the ones with eco-friendly attributes, would excel in the competition. Noelson’s High Performance Metal Protective Pigments series is the eco-friendly, non-toxic, low heavy metal pigments which align with all global industry standards and regulations. It utilizes free hydrogen ion to neutralize acid substances, through which a high PH value is also maintained, thus provides anti-corrosive functionality. Meanwhile, it bonds with metal surfaces to form a protective layer, which also provides anti-corrosive functionality.

1. The main products are ion exchange silicon dioxide, organic type, tungsten, molybdenum and other eco-friendly metals.

2. Excellent anti-corrosive capability, especially in water-based pigments, provide anti-corrosion protection in early, middle and late stages during the anti-corrosive life cycle.

3. Excellent dispersion, uniform particle size distribution, easy to disperse, good wettability of various resins, good adsorption performance.

4. Eco-friendly and non-toxic, dovetails potential stringent environmental regulations.

Applications:

Formulations:

1. In the formulation system with low content of water-based resin (<40%),  dosage of 5~8% NSC275, NSC295 with low oil absorption is recommended.
2. If use the NSC280, recommend dosage 3~5%.
3. When used in conjunction with other rustproof pigments, verify their compatibility.
