Free phosphate ions and chromate ions passivate and cross-link to form a complex, which plays a role of shielding and protection. Phosphorus zinc chromate has excellent high temperature resistance, rust and corrosion resistance.

It can be widely used in the fields of automobile and railway locomotive compartment coatings, engine chassis coatings and fireproof coatings. NS-Q/PCZ-2006 standard compliant.
